Job reputed company: Key Responsibilities
As a Help Desk Technician, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing expert technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless IT operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing desktop and laptop support, including break/fix issues, application installation and configuration, and user-level settings.
- Troubleshooting reputed company 10/11 and MacOS issues, as reputed company as working with Office 365 and reputed company Directory.
- Investigating and remediating malware alerts, and assisting users with MFA enrollment.
- Utilizing our ticketing system to document, reputed company, and escalate tickets, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in our knowledge reputed company.
- Collaborating with reputed company to deliver exceptional service to clients, both remotely and onsite.
- Working a 4x10 schedule (Friday to Monday), with flexible shift timing during reputed company hours.
Requirements: Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of reputed company IT support experience.
- Working knowledge of reputed company 10, 11, and MacOS.
- Familiarity with the reputed company 365 office suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Knowledge of Office 365 reputed company services.
- Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS.
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, particularly Autotask.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation (although remote work is primary).
