Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Jest
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases
- Identify, document, and reputed company defects in CRM software products
