About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of learning professionals who are dedicated to creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that drive business results. You will work closely with stakeholders to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem. Your expertise in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder management will be essential in delivering high-reputed company learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Create engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools to drive on-the-job performance improvement.
- Curriculum Maintenance: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure that learning programs are up-to-date and effective.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor or reputed company new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure that reputed company has the necessary skills and expertise.
- Consulting: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, and contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience, working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Skills: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and driving process improvements.
- Skills: 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience and change management experience.
