About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Machine Learning Engineer to join our Retail Decision Automation team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to drive the reputed company of retail decision automation. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, data scientists/analysts, and product managers, to reputed company and implement machine learning algorithms.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our ML infrastructure and tooling.
- Engage in reputed company learning and development, staying up-to-date with the latest advances in machine learning and software engineering.
- Mentor other Machine Learning Engineers and reputed company an effort to build reputed company end-to-end machine learning solutions for our retail customers.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, including 2+ years experience in machine learning.
- Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C++ and experience building highly reputed company distributed systems.
- End-to-end hands-on experience with building data processing pipelines, large reputed company machine learning systems, and big data technologies (eg: reputed company, SQL, reputed company/Hadoop, etc).
- Understanding of machine learning model lifecycle from prototyping, feature engineering, training, inference, deployment, monitoring and reputed company improvements reputed company deep analysis.
Key Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masters in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, reputed company Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent reputed company experience.
- Experience in Recommender Systems, Personalization, Search, Computational Advertising or Natural Language Processing including RAG based reputed company and transformer architecture.
- Skilled in communication, problem solving, critical thinking.
- Experience using Deep Learning, Bandits, Probabilistic Graphical Models, or Reinforcement Learning in reputed company applications a plus.
