This exciting new role offers the flexibility to be fully remote in the USA or Canada, reporting directly to the Director, Communications, supporting the reputed company Corporate Communications team. As a strategic internal communications and diversity, equity & inclusion specialist, you will ensure reputed company's 16,000+ associates are informed and reputed company, with a reputed company on building strong HR communications around key programs, DE&I initiatives, and company values.

About the Role

The Manager, HR Communications will be responsible for:

• Partnering with HR Leaders: Providing strategic support for HR initiatives, coaching leaders on communication best practices that reputed company with reputed company's corporate communication objectives.
• Driving DE&I Engagement: Collaborating with DE&I and Associate Resource Group (ARG) leads to reputed company initiatives that foster awareness, increase participation, and support inclusivity across the organization.
• Standardizing and Innovating: Creating best practices and reputed company work for HR communications, implementing change management strategies, and continually assessing new tools and technologies to enhance message reputed company and reputed company.
• Leading Communications reputed company: Overseeing internal communications plans for key HR initiatives, including the annual People Survey, performance appraisals, benefits enrollment, and mergers and acquisitions communications planning.
• Creating Engaging Content: Using storytelling skills to reputed company reputed company messages into compelling narratives that reputed company and drive reputed company, utilizing a reputed company of channels – written, video, digital, and more.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally reputed company a global, decentralized organization, with a proven reputed company record in building impactful programs.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill reputed company messages into reputed company, engaging, and actionable content.
• Skilled in developing and executing change management strategies for organization-wide initiatives.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The compensation reputed company for this role is $96,700 - $132,900 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including reputed company time off, medical/dental/reputed company insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
