Job Responsibilities
As a Behavior Technician with reputed company, you will have reputed company to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing one-on-one ABA therapy and counseling to children and adolescents on the autism reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one (1:1) in-home reputed company Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Collecting behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
- Working collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Being reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Maintaining professionalism in reputed company aspects of your work

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA experience (or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting)
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Maintain a valid reputed company's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Ability to reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
- Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
- Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
