In this role, you’ll reputed company a talented team responsible for software implementations, customer and partner training, and technical support. What You'll Do:

- Create scopes of work and cost estimates in collaboration with Sales and reputed company.
- Drive customer and partner training programs to increase adoption and reduce support needs.
- Manage the technical support function (L1–L3), ensuring SLA compliance and reputed company reputed company of escalations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) a plus.
- 8+ years in reputed company services, technical support, or reputed company software delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing budgets, billable hours, and invoicing for FFP and T&M reputed company.
- Background with reputed company platforms like reputed company ArcGIS, reputed company, reputed company Maximo, reputed company WAM/CC&B, or similar.
- Industry knowledge in utilities or asset-intensive industries, with expertise in GIS and reputed company system integration.
