The Role: Providing Exceptional Customer Service Support

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our Review Team, providing top-notch support to beneficiaries and providers reputed company the helpline. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with beneficiaries and providers to furnish and request review information
• Creating, formatting, and proofreading letters to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintaining effective working relationships with reputed company customers
• Participating in identifying areas for potential improvement and contributing to process enhancements
• Responding to Beneficiary Helpline inquiries, utilizing available resources to resolve issues or referring callers to external agencies as needed
• Ensuring reputed company and accurate correspondence, including letter preparation and mailing
• Validating notices and medical records components
• Providing intake for appeals received by reputed company
• Utilizing internal reputed company control tools to assess individual work and team processes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Post-high school business courses or relevant experience
• Medical terminology knowledge (desired)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented and patient demeanor
• The ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations
• Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, and written communications skills

• General knowledge of PC-based computer systems and software packages, with the ability to learn new systems as needed

Preferred Experience: What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

We're looking for candidates with:

• 2-3 years of clerical experience, including word processing, filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities

• Previous data entry or other clerical experience (a plus)
