As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from beneficiaries, providers, and other affiliated representatives or reputed company regarding TRICARE eligibility, benefit determinations, and claims adjudication. You will reputed company excellent customer service, resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills, and upsell products and/or services to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with TRICARE eligibility, benefit determinations, and claims adjudication
- Strong knowledge of products and services
