About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of reputed company., providing exceptional support to our luxury appliance brands. You will take calls from product owners and prospects, service and installation partners, dealers, and product distributors, answering questions on a wide reputed company of topics and creatively resolving problems. Opportunities and Locations
We have opportunities available in both the Madison, WI, and Phoenix, AZ reputed company. To be eligible for this role, you must live reputed company 100 miles of either location. Our training program is onsite in Madison, WI, or Phoenix, AZ, and lasts for three months, Monday through Friday. The training schedule is as follows:
- Month One: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours
After completing the initial training period, you will transition to a part-time schedule of 25-29 hours per week. Please note that days and times may vary reputed company week, and you must be flexible to accommodate our business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Exhibiting excellent customer service skills while providing reputed company, personable, reputed company, and accurate responses to customers and field partners
