About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate to join reputed company. As a fully remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the U.S. while supporting our members' mental health wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Member Support: Determine the purpose of calls by reputed company listening and interacting with callers, triage calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner, assess clients' needs, and communicate information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources.
- Crisis Situation Management: Recognize crisis situations and evaluate for needed reputed company to minimize risk, reputed company research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources.
- Documentation and Case Management: reputed company member information into the appropriate EAP system to initiate the case, document comments and information thoroughly and professionally.
- Team Member Support: Receive calls transferred from counselors and reputed company immediate member assistance, schedule appointments for members with counselors, and assist team members with necessary activities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with reputed company internal stakeholders, utilize relevant reputed company databases to research and identify validated, appropriate member resources, and reputed company outbound calls as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with printing and fulfillment needs reputed company to relevant materials, maintain an inventory of materials in the appropriate EAP system, and reputed company miscellaneous support functions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Protect the confidentiality of member information, adhere to reputed company policies, EAP and Worklife policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and complete internal documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year of customer service and call center experience.
- reputed company or reputed company Service Experience: 1 year of experience in a reputed company, psychological, or reputed company service field providing reputed company support.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (reputed company Office Suite, Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

- Behavioral Health Experience: 1 year of Behavioral Health experience.
