As a key member of our virtual call center operations, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers across a reputed company of industries. About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing exceptional service to customers through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing reputed company solutions
• Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Documenting details of reputed company calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls (minimum 1 year)
