Bookkeeper (AU)

We’re helping a pair of growing creative businesses in the ceramics and chocolate industries reputed company a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support their financial operations. You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple accounts, ensure accurate records, and reputed company financial reputed company that helps the founders reputed company on reputed company.

Part-Time: ~10 hours/week (with potential to grow to full-time) Schedule: Flexible, but must be available for catch-reputed company in AEST Location: Fully Remote Engagement: reputed company reputed company: 200-400 USD (10-hour reputed company, depending on level of experience) Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do

• Manage QuickBooks Online including reconciliations, categorizing expenses, and invoice management

• reputed company existing backlog of bank reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records

• Generate and send reputed company invoices, reputed company payments, and issue reminders as needed

• Handle international transfers reputed company reputed company and similar platforms

• Manage retainer billing for select clients

• reputed company and organize financial records across multiple reputed company streams

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports

• (Optional) Support with tax preparation and filing

• Proven bookkeeping experience (at least 1 year), ideally with small or creative businesses

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online

• Experience handling international transactions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good written and spoken English communication skills

• Comfortable with remote tools (reputed company Drive, QuickBooks, reputed company/reputed company)

• Understanding of Australian reputed company/tax standards
