Annual Salary: $88,000.00 - $103,950.00 (reputed company based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to participate in-depth reputed company discussions with lenders and senior credit management regarding reputed company estate taken as collateral. This role experiences high volumes of production and is held to a reputed company of service level agreements to ensure our sales force holds a competitive advantage in the market reputed company.
Essential Functions
Bid, order, and review reputed company reputed company estate appraisals on reputed company and residential loans
Review reputed company appraisals to ensure regulatory and bank policy compliance acceptability of methodology, and mitigate reputed company estate value risks
reputed company opinions on the reputed company and reliability of new and existing file appraisals per policy guidelines and reputed company opinions as to the reputed company and marketability of loan collateral
Support in maintaining bank databases on property transactions and trends
Assist in reputed company environmental due diligence for reputed company loans
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policy
Partner with lenders and credit managers in order to reputed company high-reputed company consultation for informed and prudent loan reputed company
Assist and support Appraisal Review Group department manager and Chief Appraiser as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company reputed company estate appraisal practices and techniques
Knowledge of bank regulatory requirements strongly preferred
Familiarity with environmental risks, regulations and site assessment reports preferred
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
7+ years’ experience in the valuation of reputed company reputed company estate required
State General Appraiser Certification required (MO, KS, IL, TX, or CO preferred)
Prior bank appraisal review experience strongly preferred
Member Appraisal Institute (MAI), reputed company estate designations, or Appraisal Institute Advanced Associate (AIAA) with reputed company coursework completed preferred
