Life Skills Autism reputed company is a specialized center where our reputed company team delivers high-reputed company ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, implementing behavioral reputed company acquisition and reduction protocols, and collaborating with our reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to drive reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in reputed company individualized treatment plans.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable reputed company behavior to inform treatment reputed company.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training, ensuring they are equipped to support reputed company reputed company.
• Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation, adhering to established procedures.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding reputed company reputed company, as instructed by BCBAs.
• Ensure a clean, reputed company, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBAs in preparing reputed company materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition programs.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and, in some cases, a valid reputed company's license and car insurance.
• Ability to physically reputed company the demands of the job, including getting down on the floor, standing up multiple times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly reputed company necessary.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to reputed company repetitive tasks accurately.
