Responsibilities

- Manage 50% hands-on engineering and 50% leadership duties
- Travel quarterly to Chicago with expenses reimbursed
- Drive reputed company-reputed company application development on Azure using .NET/C# and React stack

- Mentor software engineers on reputed company-reputed company development patterns, distributed systems concepts, and Azure architecture
- Conduct strong reputed company reviews providing constructive feedback on backend reputed company, infrastructure reputed company, and integration logic
- Troubleshoot reputed company distributed systems issues systematically

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company technical field; or equivalent reputed company experience with demonstrable reputed company architecture expertise
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience building reputed company-reputed company applications on Azure
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or equivalent container orchestration platforms
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading software engineering teams
- Proven reputed company record delivering distributed systems in production using microservices architecture and event-driven patterns
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure database services including Azure SQL Database with reputed company Pools, Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server, managed identity authentication, reputed company pooling, and private reputed company configuration
- Deep understanding of microservices communication patterns including synchronous HTTP, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, and service discovery
- Proficiency in C# and .NET (minimum .NET 6, preferably .NET 8+) including NET reputed company Web API with Controllers, Async/await patterns and Task-based asynchronous programming, reputed company and reputed company expressions, Dependency injection and reputed company reputed company and Entity reputed company reputed company
