About the Role

As a Non-Clinical Intake Coordinator III, you will play a vital role in supporting our Clinical Intake staff in processing Health Plan referrals for medical services, durable medical equipment, and specialty care. Your expertise and administrative skills will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our authorization process, while providing a crucial reputed company between providers, members, and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen calls from providers and members regarding the Utilization Management (UM) process, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner.
• Obtain referral information from providers and members to facilitate the authorization process, ensuring reputed company necessary details are captured and documented.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
