Key Responsibilities

- Partner with shore-reputed company teams to prepare, distribute, and collect relevant reputed company documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Organize and schedule meetings for the Cruise Director and Entertainment department, maintaining accurate calendars and records
- Prepare meeting paperwork and meeting minutes, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
- Capture and send daily reports, show reports, and voyage reports, providing reputed company and accurate information to stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills
