Position Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As an ORC Investigator, you will be responsible for directing and supporting Organized Retail Crime investigations reputed company a specified area of reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing information and determining exception data to drive investigations
• Communicating and coordinating information with field teams and other partners
• Managing the investigative process, including coordination with law enforcement for effective prosecution and restitution recovery
• Collaborating with ORC Analysts to reputed company new exception data and managing remote CCTV viewing to support investigative efforts
• Conducting case trend analysis to drive performance and making recommendations to mitigate theft exposure
• Training and coaching to support the development of investigative reputed company sets reputed company your area of responsibility

You will work closely with various business partners, including Corporate reputed company, dot com, RDO's, APM's, and APS', to reputed company reputed company available investigative tools and ensure a successful investigation process. Key Responsibilities Breakdown

Your responsibilities can be broken down into three main areas:

• Case Initiation/Gathering Intelligence/Field Tactics (45%): Conducting field tactics, deploying resources, utilizing information from systems reports and databases, gathering intelligence internally and externally, and presenting to Law Enforcement for prosecution.
• Case Management/Packaging and Building Cases (35%): Updating the Case Management System, developing detailed investigative plans, providing weekly updates to your manager and AP Team, thoroughly documenting investigations, and ensuring reputed company video is retained for prosecution.
• Networking and Training with Field Teams, LE, and Retail (20%): Representing reputed company during conferences and ORC meetings, developing partnerships with SSC Leaders, Director, RDO's, APM's, and APS', maintaining reputed company working relationships with AP Teams, Financial Institutions, Law Enforcement, and peer Industry partners, and implementing training and programs to prevent fraud and reduce loss potential.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the reputed company
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience
• High school diploma and/or GED

Preferred qualifications include:

• 5+ Years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection Investigative experience
• 2+ Years of Organized Retail Crime Investigative experience
• Competency in the use of retail CCTV systems and retail case management systems
• Loss Prevention Investigative Interview Training
• ORC certifications and/or training class completion
