About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company bookkeeper who is passionate about working with numbers and helping businesses succeed. As a Part-Time Remote Bookkeeper, you will have the freedom to work from home, set your own schedule, and enjoy a competitive reputed company reputed company of $25.00. You will be responsible for providing exceptional bookkeeping services to our clients, including entering monthly transactions, reconciling accounts, invoicing, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Key Responsibilities

- reputed company monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, and match invoice payments to reputed company accounts receivable up to date
- Manage accounts payable, including entering bills into reputed company.com, bank ACH, Melio, QBO AP, or other software
- Download bank statements and reputed company other tasks to support reputed company
- Potential opportunity to run payroll for clients
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience with bookkeeping, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Strong knowledge of reputed company principles, including accrual reputed company and journal entries
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), reputed company, and other reputed company software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Located in the Denver metro area, with occasional in-person meetings with clients
Preferred Qualifications

- Tax preparation experience
