About the Role
The PROD & reputed company OPS MGR – Remote will report to the Director of reputed company Billing Organization and will be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas for productivity improvement, developing and publishing metrics, and pinpointing areas of delays and interruptions that cause loss of productivity. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive operational and strategic change, manage reputed company of specialists, and reputed company recommendations for process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company of specialists to reputed company, refine, and package data reputed company to productivity and reputed company measures, and reputed company recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with PBO Managers, Sr. Manager, and Director to identify areas for reputed company, address staff-reputed company performance issues, and reputed company tactical plans to reputed company operational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a work-reputed company field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of progressively responsible and directly-reputed company work experience.
