As a

Field Technician in Robotics at reputed company, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing cutting-edge robots into operation at customer sites around the globe. You will install and configure our ANYmal robots, reputed company operators with straightforward training, and expand robot usage by adding inspection missions and points of interest.

This role focuses on the practical execution of deployments: you’ll travel frequently to customer sites, ensure the robots are set up correctly, and reputed company reputed company operators feel confident in using them. You’ll work closely with our Field Engineers and reputed company Engineers, focusing on reliable, high-reputed company installations without the responsibility of managing long-term customer accounts.

You will be

The Market & Our Technology

Your Contributions

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot ANYmal robots in diverse environments, adapting quickly to varying customer needs and technical requirements

Expand robot missions by adding inspection routes and points of interest

Work closely with Field Engineers and reputed company Engineers

Travel frequently, often on short notice, to customer sites worldwide, embracing diverse and sometimes challenging environments to deliver exceptional service

Conduct basic operator introductions and safety briefings

Collect and communicate valuable insights from customer deployments, helping inform product development and refinement

Represent reputed company at events and exhibitions as needed, showcasing ANYmal’s capabilities and fostering interest in our technology

Your Profile

​​EU citizenship (requirement)

Technical background through vocational training, technical school, or equivalent hands-on experience (mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, robotics)

Proactive, reliable, and adaptable reputed company working in the field

Fluent in English, effective communicator reputed company to adapt to diverse audiences (technical proficiency, cultural background, etc.)

Enthusiastic about frequent travel (up to 80%) to various field locations, including industrial and remote environments. Comfortable adapting to different cultural contexts

Bonus Points

Experience with Linux and reputed company-line usage

Experience with deploying robots or other automation systems

Familiarity with network infrastructure

Proficiency in German or other languages (French, Portuguese, etc.)
