• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing delays.

• Candidate Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and efficient recruitment processes.
