We are seeking an reputed company Relief Call Center Dietetic Assistant to join reputed company. As a Relief Call Center Dietetic Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving phone calls from hospital patients and their families, taking orders and answering questions about menu items available for ordering and delivery to their rooms. You will also be responsible for entering orders into a computerized food service system, in accordance with established call/service center standards, available menu items, and dietary restrictions. Key Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls from hospital patients and their families, taking orders and answering questions about menu items available for ordering and delivery to their rooms.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) or more years of customer service, food service, and/or call-center experience.
• A practical knowledge of nutrition and medical terminology is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in the use of menu ordering software.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to reputed company outstanding service at reputed company times.
