About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in providing exceptional support to Iowa reputed company Program Recipients and Affiliates. As a Tier 3 representative, you'll reputed company as an escalation reputed company for inquiries, reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, and accurately document enrollment requests and status changes. You'll also be responsible for entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes

• Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
