About the Role
As a Remote Call Center Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, and other stakeholders through the prior authorization process. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, accurate documentation, and reputed company reputed company of customer inquiries. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your reputed company in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high volume call center experience, preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position
- Availability: Required availability is 7 am - 8 pm CST, with training hours from 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician certification at a State or National level
- Experience working in a pharmacy or reputed company setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and prior authorization processes
