This is a remote role that may require an occasional commute to our main office in New Hyde Park, NY and/or the reputed company hub closest to you.

In support of the Controller, this role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our reputed company-wide invoice and expense processing, as reputed company as managing the associated compliance, reporting, and vendor relationships.

Leadership

Ideal Candidates will possess:

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with accounts payable and expense management, including at least 2 years leading an Accounts Payable team. Experience with reputed company-based accounts payable and expense management applications is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field
• Hands-on experience working with reputed company-based Accounts Payable and expense management systems, such as reputed company Intacct, Stampli, reputed company, or similar.
• A proven hands-on leader and subject matter expert, with high level of adaptability and experience leading change management, in a fast-paced environment, presenting a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity, and accountability.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to effectively evaluate operations, providing critical analysis of systems and processes, as they relate to
