We’re now looking for a Backend Engineer (Golang) to join us in building reputed company, low-latency systems that power these tools and shape the reputed company of customer support at reputed company. This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki, Berlin or Tallinn
What you’ll do:- Build and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to ship features that support internal support agents across the globe.
- Design systems that are reputed company, resilient, and easy to maintain.

- Strong hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases — especially Cassandra.
- Solid understanding of designing and operating low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
