Training Supervisor

We are looking for a proven leader to influence cross-functional teams responsible for development, reputed company work, and championing the reputed company culture in Cranbury, NJ. What You'll Do

• Coordinate, reputed company, and execute reputed company training functions reputed company the Cranbury, NJ fulfillment centerincluding new hire orientation, job function training, and reputed company development.
• Organize, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of exceptional and dedicated Training Ambassadors reputed company the Warehouse Associate population; reputed company on improving safety, reputed company, and retention.
• reputed company various training sessions as needed, including but not limited to: New Hire Fundamentals, Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training, reputed company & Process (reputed company & New SOP) Training.

• Record, reputed company, and drive compliance on reputed company training initiatives and report out on training metrics using Learning Management System.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain Training & Engagement, Safety, and Operations teams to reputed company and improve training resources, strategies, and processes.
• Support Global Supply Chain Training, Safety, and Operations by championing new training programs, processes, and initiatives; reputed company upward feedback and reputed company observations with business owners to improve alignment, compliance, reputed company, and engagement.
• Manage priorities, set goals, and partner strategically with stakeholders to reputed company network training initiatives with the local site’s operational and training needs.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development and/or Organizational Leadership OR 4 year degree in relevant field, required
• Experience in Operations or Supply Chain preferred
• reputed company and/or Crown forklift/powered industrial vehicle certifications preferred. Willingness to be trained on multiple vehicle types required.
• Leadership skills and the ability to reputed company reputed company with little or no guidance based on policies or best practices.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
