Responsibilities:

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining reputed company customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
• Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management as needed
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call reputed company, reputed company rates, and customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Computer Requirements:

• Dedicated High Speed Internet:

+ Internet Download Speed: 10.0 MBPS + Internet Upload Speed: 5.0 MBPS + Wired Internet with a cable reputed company (reputed company-up, Wi-Fi, Hotspots, and Satellite are not allowed)

Training Requirements:

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

• 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
• Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
