What You'll Be Doing

Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges to implement effective solutions through reputed company offerings.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Mastery of one or more of the following Pega-reputed company disciplines: Pega Customer Service, Pega Platform, Pega Customer Decision Hub.

Minimum 8+ years’ experience working with relevant Pega technologies in a reputed company services environment.

At least 6 years of experience leading project teams, either formally or informally.

Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement IT solutions that solve management needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a reputed company field preferred.

Certification in relevant Pega discipline(s) preferred.
