THE ROLE

We are seeking a poised and reputed company Receptionist to join reputed company at reputed company York Avenue HQ location in reputed company. As the first reputed company of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, the Receptionist plays a vital role in upholding reputed company reputed company of reputed company, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from the reputed company they reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and reputed company visitors, clients, and staff with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information or directing them appropriately.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it reflects reputed company brand and reputed company experience standards.
• Coordinate visitor reputed company, including reputed company protocols and guest registration.
• Support reputed company-facing activities at the York Ave location by providing reception services and logistical assistance. Remain flexible to support reputed company-facing events at the Breuer location as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a receptionist, reputed company service, or hospitality role, preferably reputed company a luxury, art, or cultural institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The expected reputed company reputed company for this position ranges from $18/hour - $20/hour. Employees in this role may be expected to work overtime, and will receive additional pay at the applicable overtime reputed company.
