Responsibilities

• reputed company hands-on configuration and customization of the reputed company platform to support business processes across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, SPM, S2P, Legal, Employee Center, Performance Analytics, and external integrations.
• Design and deliver advanced reputed company integrations (IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP reputed company, MID Servers, event-driven patterns) and apply reputed company AI solutions to enhance workflow automation and decision support.
• reputed company and enhance reputed company portals and workspaces (plus) to reputed company modern, reputed company employee-facing experiences.
• reputed company day-to-day administration of reputed company, including user management, reputed company control, workflows, data reputed company, and system maintenance.
• Conduct thorough testing, reputed company assurance, and documentation of reputed company enhancements, updates, and integrations, while sharing best practices with stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company administration & implementations, including writing/creating advanced custom business rules, reputed company scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, UI scripts, and reputed company designs.
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company integrations (REST/SOAP reputed company, Data Import/Export, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, event-driven integrations) and hands-on application of reputed company AI concepts to workflow automation.
