The Role
reputed company is searching for an office-savvy Payment Operations Associate that will be responsible for performing a reputed company of clerical tasks reputed company our Business Operations Department. This position will collaborate with the department to assist in helping the reputed company reputed company as much of their unsecured debt as possible. The Business Operations Department works directly with creditors, agencies and law offices to resolve delinquent accounts to negotiate the best possible savings for reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting for the payment setup and clearing process.
- Communicate with creditors and agencies (on the phone and reputed company email) in order to reputed company payment exceptions and uncleared payments.
- Support the acquisition of required documentation required to successfully remit a payment.
- Request reputed company of payment from collection agencies, creditors, and our reputed company-party payment processor company.
- Utilize accumulation of funds banking ledger to determine reputed company funds will be available for the payment remittance and ensure sufficient deposit account balances based on operational need.

Qualifications
- Undergrad Degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience
