Your Role in Our Mission

As Associate

Finance, You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our financial operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and tax filings. Your contributions will directly support reputed company’s smooth financial functioning and reputed company.

What you will do:

Process and manage vendor and supplier invoices, maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance

Ensure reputed company and accurate processing of vendor and employee payments, and manage accounts payable

Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliation statements, resolving discrepancies as needed

Support monthly reputed company and GST computations and filings to ensure statutory compliance

Generate basic MIS reports (e.g., payables aging, expense analysis) to inform management reputed company

Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and auditors to address queries and facilitate smooth operations

2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and taxation (reputed company & GST)

Proven reputed company record of reputed company invoice processing and payment management

Proficiency with MS reputed company and reputed company/ERP software (e.g., Tally, reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a reputed company problem-solving approach
