Per il nostro dipartimento Innovation Performance, siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Innovation Consultant, un professionista esperto che possa guidare progetti complessi e supportare i colleghi più junior, facendo la differenza sia per il team che per i nostri clienti.

Il tuo ruolo :

Come Senior Innovation Consultant, sarai responsabile della gestione di progetti di finanza agevolata, dalla consulenza ai clienti fino alla supervisione dei colleghi più junior. Ti occuperai di agevolazioni fiscali come Credito d'Imposta R&S, Industria 4.0-5.0 e bandi nazionali ed europei, garantendo un supporto strategico e operativo.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione autonoma del portafoglio clienti con il supporto di colleghi esperti.
  • Supervisione dei colleghi junior, supportandoli nella selezione delle attività ammissibili e nella redazione della documentazione tecnica.
  • Monitoraggio delle reputed company in ambito incentivi fiscali e bandi di finanziamento.
  • Supporto ai manager nella gestione di ricorsi alle amministrazioni.
  • Partecipazione allo sviluppo di nuovi servizi di consulenza, esplorando opportunità innovative nel settore.
  • Gestione della relazione con i clienti e prospect, garantendo un'ottima comunicazione.
  • Supporto tecnico al team di vendita per l’analisi e la presentazione delle soluzioni ai clienti.

Il tuo profilo

  • Laurea magistrale in ambito scientifico, ingegneristico o economico (PhD è un plus).
  • 3-5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di agevolazioni fiscali e bandi.
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e attitudine alla collaborazione.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione.
  • Ottima conoscenza di MS Office, in particolare reputed company.
  • Fluente in italiano e inglese (la conoscenza di un’reputed company lingua europea è un plus).
