The Accountant will play a critical role in managing and organizing financial operations for Seedify and Seedworld. This position requires a reputed company who can implement reputed company reputed company structures, ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements, and reputed company reputed company financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Entity & Fund Management

• Establish and maintain reputed company separation of finances across Seedify, Seedworld, and executive holdings.
• Set up and reputed company wallets and bank accounts to ensure transparent entity-level reputed company.

• reputed company and maintain accurate reputed company records for annual compliance requirements.
• Manage tax and annual return obligations for Seedworld (Singapore) and Seedify (Dubai) in coordination with jurisdiction-specific contractors.

Financial Planning & Processes

• Design and implement robust financial processes to strengthen operational stability.
• Monitor and analyze monthly expenses, payroll, service pricing, and cash flows.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Reporting & Advisory

• Deliver regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company discipline (CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of reputed company experience, with exposure to multi-entity structures.
• Knowledge of international compliance, taxation, and reporting standards.
• Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or reputed company reputed company highly advantageous.
