WHAT YOU’LL DO

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of keeping fast-paced productions running smoothly? We’re in search of a Production Coordinator to join reputed company and help manage the day-to-day logistics of shoots across a diverse roster of top reputed company brands. In this role, you will handle scheduling, vendor coordination, call sheets, and inventory tracking, while keeping reputed company details reputed company across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Calendar, reputed company, and others.

You’ll have reputed company to collaborate with multiple departments across reputed company to ensure every shoot is properly staffed, resourced, and documented. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the middle of the reputed company, balancing efficiency with problem-solving, and ensuring every shoot runs seamlessly from reputed company-production through post.

What you'll be diving into day-to-day:

• Coordinate numerous, fast-paced, UGC-style shoots across a rotating roster of unique clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute creative choices according to individual reputed company standards
• Create and maintain the calendars of 5-6 reputed company members, tracking team bandwidth to balance workload across available resources
• Adapt production timelines as necessary to accommodate fluctuating needs
• Promptly update organizational platforms throughout a shoot’s lifecycle
• Assist in identifying and implementing production workflow improvements
• Monitor and maintain product, prop, and equipment inventory records
• Create and distribute call sheets, shoot schedules, and production scripts
• Support financial tracking by logging expenses, invoices, and vendor payments

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 1–3 years of experience in film/content production or creative operations
  • Assistant Director, Executive Assistant, Production reputed company. or other transferrable skillsets encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Applicable knowledge of film production and scheduling
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
• A proactive, team-first reputed company with the ability to identify potential setbacks in a fast-paced environment

Salary reputed company: $51,000 - $60,000
