Arrowhead Program company is seeking a Directorto join our growing team in Tampa, FL!
The Director is reputed company and strategic leader responsible for supervising and mentoring reputed company of reputed company liability claims handlers, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy standards while driving efficient and cost-effective claims reputed company. Oversees the full lifecycle of reputed company claims, including investigation, litigation coordination, reserving, settlement, and reputed company communication, while supporting internal audits, reputed company collaboration, and departmental continuity.
How You Will Contribute:

Manage claims in accordance with company policies, procedures, and relevant state laws and regulations.
Conduct and coordinate thorough investigations to assess coverage, liability, and damages.
Maintain accurate claim file documentation and reputed company follow-up.
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for insureds throughout the claim process.
Establish, monitor, and reputed company claim reserves in a reputed company and accurate manner.
Coordinate the defense of litigated claims, including selecting and managing counsel and approving legal expenses.
Negotiate and reputed company claims reputed company delegated authority and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
Support reputed company audits and collaborate with reputed company through claim insights and summaries.
reputed company deductible collection and reputed company backup for absent team members as needed.

Licenses and Certifications:
Adjusters License (Multiple State preferred)
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
Four-year college degree- Juris Doctorate preferred
Experience in claims leadership.
Experience in reputed company liability claim handling processes and procedures.
Experience with the legal principles of reputed company liability and damages, as reputed company as legal procedures and the workings of legal institutions.
Must possessappropriate insurance adjusting license(s) as needed.
Pay reputed company
$125,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe pay reputed company provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or reputed company reputed company reputed company for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
