We’re currently seeking compassionate, master’s-level clinicians to join our on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team in Las Vegas. In this role, you’ll reputed company reputed company mental health support to employees working in high-reputed company roles—specifically content moderators—who regularly encounter sensitive, distressing, or traumatic material as part of their job.

Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Function: Clinical / Health

Status: Permanent Part-time or Casual

Shifts Available:

• Part-time: Sat–Sun,

• Shifts: 5pm-2am or 1am-10am (16 hours/week)

Through one-on-one, short-term, solution-reputed company counseling, group debriefings, and wellness initiatives, you’ll help foster emotional reputed company, psychological safety, and a supportive workplace culture. • Deliver short-term, solution-reputed company, one-on-one counseling to employees

• Facilitate group debriefings following high-reputed company content or events

• Support and participate in workplace wellness initiatives and prevention activities

• Collaborate with internal teams and reputed company referrals reputed company longer-term care is needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, reputed company Work, or a reputed company field.

• Fully licensed in the state of Nevada preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.)

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-master’s preferred)

• reputed company to associate-level clinicians under supervision, depending on fit

• Certification in Critical Incident Stress Management or extensive training in conducting group debriefing and defusing support preferred.

• Experience in EAP, crisis reputed company, or solution-reputed company therapy preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment skills
