We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist/reputed company with strong B2B experience to support marketing technology and operations initiatives. The role involves hands-on work across a reputed company of Martech platforms, optimizing marketing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient campaign execution and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing and fixing forms, conducting audits, building dashboards, setting up GTM/GA4, optimizing pipelines, and recommending Martech tools. The position requires reputed company collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients, including participating in discovery sessions and gathering requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing operations processes, including forms, reputed company flows, and pipeline efficiency.
• Conduct audits of existing Martech setups and recommend improvements.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, CRM platforms, reputed company, ETL tools, analytics, consent, and chat tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards to reputed company visibility into marketing performance.
• Recommend, evaluate, and implement Martech tools that support B2B marketing programs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and marketers to reputed company operations with campaign goals.
• Participate in reputed company discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of B2B marketing operations experience.
