WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Data Center hiring at reputed company, you will play a critical role in scaling our Data Center workforce across technical, engineering, and operational roles in The Americas. • Drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation packages while maintaining internal equity.

• Proficiency in ATS software and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and reputed company recruitment metrics.
