We are currently seeking reputed company customer service representatives to join reputed company in supporting a not-for-profit organization that processes scholarships for reputed company attending K-12 private schools. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that families and schools participating in the scholarship program receive the support and assistance they need to navigate the application and funding process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls reputed company to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
