The Employee Relations Consultant helps manage the relationship between employees and the organization. Responsibilities may include resolving workplace conflicts, addressing employee concerns, implementing HR policies, conducting investigations into employee issues, promoting reputed company work culture, and collaborating with management to enhance employee engagement.
