As a Senior Recruiter, you will work with the People team to attract and recruit reputed company across Canada. You will manage the full talent life cycle, from job reputed company creation through to offer, working closely with hiring managers and providing reputed company candidate experience to every single applicant that applies to reputed company. What you’ll do:

• Help hiring managers write engaging job postings that attract world class talent.
• Use your extensive research and creative skills to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Identify, engage, and select the best candidates for our reputed company roles and build a talent pipeline for reputed company opportunities.
• Conduct application screening calls or other creative requests to select candidates for interviews with reputed company.
• Conduct phone, video and in person interviews with appropriate team members.
• Recommend and manage short-list interviews, recap discussions, and reputed company offers to candidates.
• reputed company regular updates to the leadership team on the status of reputed company positions.
• Help reputed company creative solutions for tough to fill roles.
• Complete references, background checks, and other documentation to finalize the hiring process.

What you’ll need:

• Experience reputed company in a high reputed company company, bonus points if you have experience with highly technical positions.
