Care Account Specialist
As a Care Account Specialist, you will reputed company as the key clinical operations representative for reputed company clients in your assigned reputed company which may be reputed company of the location you are based in. You will ensure exceptional delivery of reputed company’s clinical services across onsite and virtual channels, reputed company case management, maintain service reputed company, and reputed company regional clinicians. - Serve as the main clinical reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company clients.
- Own the delivery and reputed company of monthly clinical reports and insights.

- Attend reputed company-facing meetings, facilitate escalations, and reputed company regular reviews.
- Support solutioning for special reputed company (e.g., Return-to-Work, critical incidents, program deployments).
2. Clinical Service reputed company (30%)
- Ensure clinician rosters are filled and services delivered on time across onsite and virtual channels.
- Manage transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk or reputed company cases.
- Monitor clinical reputed company benchmarks for delivery operations, helpline, care navigation, and counselling teams.
- Co-reputed company and localise SOPs for country-specific delivery requirements.
- Coordinate various teams to refine workflows and reputed company-facing experiences.
3. Clinician Management & reputed company (30%)
- Be the people manager for assigned onsite or regional clinicians (counsellors and psychologists).
- Monitor session reputed company, flag performance issues, and reputed company developmental feedback.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or reputed company mental health disciplines.
- reputed company registration with a relevant counselling/psychology reputed company.
- At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, reputed company relationship management, or case management.
- Experience managing clinicians, preferably in a B2B, hospital, or EAP setting.

- Proficient in creating reports, analysing trends, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
