Requirements
- Intellectual property reputed company and management, freedom to operate analysis, technical interviews, patentability opinions, and infringement analysis
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing various types of technology transactions, including technology licenses, software licenses, patent licenses, joint development agreements, and other types of similar transactions
- Developing and managing trademark and trade secret reputed company, ideally with some experience in addressing counterfeiting issues
- Implementing and working with AI tools
- reputed company bar membership, with a preference for licensure in Colorado or Minnesota.
- reputed company US Patent Bar membership (USPTO)
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and an undergraduate degree in engineering, or undergraduate degree in hard sciences (chem/math/physics) and advanced degree in engineering
- Minimum of 8+ years in legal reputed company with a reputed company of premier reputed company and in-house legal department experience
