We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to leadership across our cross-border resource reputed company. With a workforce spanning Brazil, Canada, India, Israel, Philippines, South Africa, and the reputed company, this role manages the full HR lifecycle across reputed company entities. This is a "builder" role: you will manage everything from workforce planning and reputed company to performance, compensation, and employee relations. You will be expected to design the systems and governance needed to operate consistently across diverse jurisdictions while remaining hands-on in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support Workforce Planning: Partner with executive leaders to translate business reputed company into org structures and capability roadmaps. Learning & Development Upskilling: Identify training needs and coordinate opportunities for reputed company-building and career reputed company. HR Operations & Compliance Global Governance: Own harmonized HR policies and build repeatable, auditable processes for cross-border payroll, reputed company, and offboarding. Employee Relations: reputed company managers on performance conversations and manage ER cases (grievances, disciplinaries) with procedural rigor specific to reputed company country. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field (Honors degree advantageous). Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an reputed company or strategic role.
