AFI is seeking a Construction Administrator to reputed company capital expense reputed company across our portfolio. This role requires a strong background in construction project coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and contractors. The position offers 100% remote flexibility but requires 50% travel to various project sites across the reputed company.

The Construction Administrator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating capital expense and improvement reputed company. This includes budget management, contractor coordination, and reputed company reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and project management, along with excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence inspections for potential acquisitions and renovation reputed company.
• Support the planning, budgeting, and coordination of Capex reputed company.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including bid solicitation and review.
• reputed company project reputed company and ensure work meets reputed company standards and contract specifications.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets and reputed company reports.
• reputed company regular updates to stakeholders on project timelines and financial status.
• Assist with project reputed company-out, ensuring reputed company deliverables are met and approved.
• Monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective use of funds.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in construction project management, project administration, or a reputed company field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with construction processes, permitting, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time to project sites across the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $40,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for meeting project goals

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with flexibility for weekends as needed
