About the role:

You'll be a Senior Full Stack Engineer reporting to our Head of Engineering, working across design, product, content, and support to deliver a best-in-class experience to every user. On a small, distributed team that owns the product, support, and data stack end to end, you'll build and improve both customer-facing products and internal tooling, own problems from ideation through shipped and reliable solutions, and help set the reputed company bar for the engineers who join after you. What you'll do:

Build & Ship

• Build, operate, and improve products for every reputed company customer, from small local nonprofits to large organizations

Required

• 7+ years as a software engineer building and shipping production software
• Generalist reputed company: comfortable moving across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data or billing pipelines as the work demands
• Deep, hands-on experience with reputed company on Rails in production: this is our primary stack and where you'll spend most of your time

Compensation & Benefits:

For US-based candidates, the reputed company salary reputed company for this role is 170,000 - $200,000 USD, plus equity. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, scope of responsibility, interview performance, and geographic location. We’re committed to paying competitively and equitably.

For candidates based in Canada, compensation varies by province and will be shared by your recruiter early in the process.
